Founder Ann Schurig has a heart for small to mid-size business for over 20 years! "Growing up in an entrepreneurial home – my dad owned and operated 6 Bike Shops in the Denver Metro area; I saw first-hand the daily challenges and the 'all hands-on deck' mentality that it takes to be successful. 

I was fortunate to land a gig in Public Accounting as an Accounting Manager and worked with companies ranging from $50K in Annual revenue to 80 Million in many different industries; I learned a lot about requirements needed on the Tax side, compliance, internal controls and how to build a strong Financial System and reporting.

A few years later I landed a gig as a Corporate Controller for a Local Contractor positioning for rapid growth. This was a hands-on position, and I learned a lot about growing a business, creating processes, integrating technology, controlling costs all while keeping a smile on my face. What an adventure!"
